The vision of the El 天美影视 Union High School District is to empower and motivate our students to be resilient, college and career-ready, lifelong learners and contributing members of our global society. The mission of the El 天美影视 Union High School District is to:
- Advocate, nurture, and sustain a positive school culture through a challenging and rigorous, standards-based curriculum that promotes achievement for all students;
- Ensure management of the organization, operations, and resources for a safe, efficient and effective learning environment that is conducive to student learning and staff professional growth;
- Collaborate with families and community members, respond to diverse community interests and needs, and mobilize community resources;
- Model a personal and institutional code of ethics and develop professional leadership capacity
- Promote college and career readiness skills for all students

Watch as Superintendent Dr. Edward Zuniga highlights El 天美影视 High School’s second annual Alumni Staff Track Meet, the District’s second annual Math Bee Competition at Mountain View High School, and the incredible accomplishments of South El 天美影视 and Fernando R. Ledesma high schools’ students, educators, and programs. Dr. Zuniga also highlights the hard work and dedication of Rosemead and Arroyo high school’s athletic trainers, Red Cross Club members, and program directors in recognition of National Athletic Training and Red Cross Month. As February comes to an end, El 天美影视 Union would like to commend and celebrate our students for continuing to promote a positive and safe school culture through the empowerment of their voices. As a District, we firmly believe our students are the heartbeat of our community. This month, our students participated in the annual Youth Truth student survey that is a catalyst for positive change. As our students embark upon the new year, El 天美影视 Union is reminded of the sense of renewal and possibility that accompanies it. January marks the midyear point and the onset of the spring semester, making it an opportune time for reflection and renewed commitment to our academic pursuits. Daily attendance continues to remain paramount to the academic success of our students as we enter the final half of the school year. Consistent attendance fosters a habit of discipline and responsibility that is integral to achieving one's educational goals. With the support of our El 天美影视 Union families and parents, we encourage our students to make a commitment to attend classes regularly and engage fully in their learning experiences. Watch as Superintendent Dr. Edward Zuniga highlights Mountain View High School Xochipilli Club’s inaugural Día De Los Muertos celebration event, the warm welcome of students as they visited the California Air Resources Board Riverside Headquarters to witness the important work being done for the environment, the outstanding athletic and artistic performances of our students in CIF Finals and the District’s Marching Band Showcase. Dr. Zuniga also shares the incredible accomplishments of El 天美影视-Rosemead Adult School’s educators and programs. Five standout seniors from El 天美影视 Union High School District (EMUHSD) secured coveted, full four-year scholarships exceeding $200,000 through the QuestBridge National College Match program for their dedication to academic excellence and spirited involvement in their school communities.
