Intra-District Attendance Permit (permits within the district) 

The Intra-District Permit window for 2023/2024 is now closed.

Only the following requests will be considered:

• On-Campus Safety Concerns
  • The site administration must have been notified of the circumstance and must have had the opportunity to address any matters related to safety.

• New 天美影视 Only
  • Sibling Unification
  • Specialized program transfer requests.

For assistance with a permit request for a qualifying reason, parents may contact their school of residency for support.

For the 2024/2025 School Year

Intra-district permits will ONLY be accepted online @ www.emuhsd.org/intradistrict from April 8, 2024, through July 12, 2024.  

Intra-district permit requests are for families who wish to transfer a student from one EMUHSD high school to another EMUHSD high school.

• EMUHSD can consider intra-district permits for the following reasons:  
  • Intra District Permit Criteria (English and Spanish)
  • Intra District Permit Criteria (Chinese)
  • Intra District Permit Criteria (Vietnamese)

• Once a permit is finalized, it may not be canceled. 
• Only one (1) permit request is allowed per school year. 
• Emergency requests can be made at any time at the home school by scheduling a meeting with the site Principal.
• Parents who wish to request an intra-district attendance permit may do so by submitting an application online.
