As a member of the student recruitment team, the High School Transition Manager & Recruiter is responsible for advising middle school students and families on the transition to high school, cultivating their interest in attending a 天美影视 DC high school, and managing relationships through their enrollment process. This role focuses on execution, providing hands-on support to ensure students successfully navigate the transition. The primary objective is to increase 8th-to-9th grade retention at 天美影视 DC to above 50%.
